In the midst of the global COVID-19 pandemic, everyone's just trying to figure out how to keep things rolling. While our institute continues to encourage working remotely as far as possible, the lab finds other ways of staying connected.
I'll also take this opportunity to say goodbye to a couple of internship students from the University of Kent (UK), Yurika Fumoto Garcia and Connor West. Both spent the better part of a year with us but are preparing to head back to Europe as soon as things open up to allow that! All the best to both of you. I expect great things! And sorry that your departures were and will be so quiet! The times we live in.
PS. OK, so Connor has not officially left Inuyama, and actually both continue working on their projects, but a heartfelt farewell nonetheless!
